Your Content: You retain ownership of your business ideas, descriptions, and any information you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your input.
AI-Generated Output: Reports, analyses, brand concepts, logos, wireframes, and other AI-generated deliverables created during your sessions are provided for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Voice conversations are processed in real-time by Google Gemini AI and are not stored as audio recordings. Session transcripts and generated artifacts are stored in your account for your access.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but data export may be available for a reasonable period.
Project Deletion: When you delete a project within the Service, all data associated with that project is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems, including session transcripts, AI-generated artifacts, reports, conversation context, brand assets, and any other project-related content. This action cannot be undone. You are solely responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before deleting a project.
Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings. Account deletion removes all your data from our systems, including your profile, all projects and their contents, all Reality Check surveys and responses, published landing pages, uploaded files, and your authentication credentials. This action is irreversible. Purchased credits are forfeited and not refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
