Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

GoNoGo.team offers a free tier that includes one Discovery session with our AI Research Analyst (Alex). No payment is required for the free tier, and no refund applies.

2. Per-Project Purchases

GoNoGo.team offers one-time per-project credit purchases. Credits unlock additional AI agent sessions (Architecture with Sam, Design with Maya), advanced reports, and premium features for individual projects. Credits never expire.

3. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your credit purchase, provided you have not used more than 1 credit during that period.

After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day period. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 48 consecutive hours)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@gonogo.team with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method. Upon refund, the corresponding credits will be revoked from your account.

6. Unused Credits

Purchased credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. No refunds are issued solely for unused credits.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis or recommendations (see our Terms of Service disclaimers)
  • Failure to use purchased credits
  • Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
